HALLS AND AUDITORIUMS
The institution regularly conducts its own training programmes, workshops, seminars and conferences in the 3 Training/ Conference Halls and 1 Auditorium available in its premises. Apart from ICMARD’s own programmes, the halls are also available on hire for outside programmes of Cooperative Banks, Societies, Cooperative Unions, Banking and Financial Institutions, Government Departments, Government Agencies, Corporate Companies and NGOs.

TRAINING EQUIPMENTS
All the training halls are equipped with White Boards, LCD Projector, Public Addressing System and Laptops. The standardised stationeries and other equipments are supplied for outside training programmes on request.
HOSTEL AND GUEST ROOMS
As a part of training programmes ICMARD offers residential facilities to the participants. The guest rooms are also available on moderate charges to the employees of Cooperative Banks, Societies, Cooperative Unions, Banking and Financial Institutions, Government Departments, Government Agencies, Corporate Companies and NGOs under certain Terms & Conditions.

ICMARD has a well-equipped canteen with sitting arrangement of 64 persons. The canteen serves the best local quality food for the trainees and the guest room occupants. Our vast range of cuisines includes Veg and Non Veg Bengali, North and South Indian and Chinese with optional system of Buffet, Ala Carte and Meal.
LIBRARY
The institute has a Library and Reading Room with a vast range of books and magazines, both in English and Vernaculars. The library is accessible by the trainees of this institute free of cost during the training programme for supplementary reading.
COMPUTER LABORATORY
ICMARD has a well maintained Computer Laboratory for hosting training programmes with 20 nos. of Computers and other facilities.
RICMARD, Siliguri
The Regional Institute of Cooperative Management, the North Bengal wing of ICMARD is situated at Hakimpara, Siliguri. It has a well-equipped Training Hall and a small Hostel.
